Wilson Weed is a Senior Credit Analyst at First National Bank of Southern California. He is responsible for underwriting and maintaining current loan portfolios for the fastest growing bank in Southern California. Prior to joining First National Bank of Southern California Bank in November of 2016, Wilson worked for The Bank of Hawaii in Honolulu and two community banks in the Princeton, NJ area.

An active member of the community, Wilson served as Vice President in 2013 and President in 2014-2015 of The Lambertville Area Chamber of Commerce. In January of 2015, Wilson repositioned the organization, hiring its first executive director and branding the organization, which has led to significant membership growth. He also continues to serve as a mentor to young men and women enrolled in the Epic Ohana program, a national organization improving the lives of young adults growing up in foster care.

Wilson received a BA in Environmental Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2008 and is currently earning his MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill through MBA@UNC. He serves on the Board of Trustees of Freedom House Inc., a substance abuse halfway house facility with operations throughout New Jersey, as well as a Director of The Friends of Ely Park, a not-for-profit focused on community development in Lambertville, NJ.
