Freedom House welcomes referrals from other treatment programs, doctors, hospitals, drug courts, municipal agencies, the recovery community, and other sources.

Whether you, your family member or your client is in treatment for the first time or has been through other treatment programs, Freedom House can help get you back to living your best life with over 34 years of experience in providing a full-spectrum of addiction services to men and women struggling with substance abuse and co-occurring disorders.

Referrals to Freedom House Residential Treatment 

Freedom House provides long-term treatment for males ages 18 and over in a halfway house setting located in Glen Gardner in Hunterdon County, NJ and at our sober-living residential programs in Glen Gardner and Morristown in Morris County.

Transitional Housing Programs Serving Women and Their Children

Transitional housing and case management services located in Trenton, NJ for women recovering from substance use and co-occurring disorders with a focus on reunification with their children.

Referrals to Outpatient Services and Medication-Assisted Treatment

Providing services 7 days a week including day, evening and weekend sessions; Transportation available.

Freedom House offers outpatient services and medication-assisted treatment in both Clinton in Hunterdon County and Phillipsburg in Warren County. Medicaid and some private insurance accepted and State funding for income-eligible clients.

Transitional Living Programs for Men

Freedom House provides transitional housing programs with on-site residential staff in Glen Gardner, Hunterdon County and Morristown for individuals who are in need of a sober-living supportive living environment with a goal to transition to independent living.
