Welcome Aboard

Christopher Carroll was elected to the Board of Trustees in January of this year. He is already involved in providing administrative support as well as financial support for special events. Below is Chris’ official background information.

Chris is a practicing attorney and one of the founding members of Carroll, McNulty and Kull L.L.C., a law firm of over thirty lawyers with offices in New York and New Jersey. Along with firm management, Mr. Carroll has extensive experience in resolving— through litigation or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms — insurance coverage disputes, including those involving environmental, toxic tort, asbestos, construction, advertising liability, products, property, automobile, and employment issues. Chris has represented clients in disputes in all states, Puerto Rico, Europe, Australia and Asia.

Before co-founding Carroll, McNulty, and Kull, Chris served as an associate and partner at several prestigious law firms in the New York metropolitan area. Due to his considerable experience in litigation involving issues related to insurance, commercial, and environmental disputes, he was recently elected to the Federation of Defense and Corporate Counsel. In addition, Chris is AV-Rated by Martindale- Hubbell and is on the Advisory Board of Insurance Law & Litigation Week.

A magna cum laude graduate of St. Joseph’s College, Chris earned his law degree from St. John’s University in 1991. An active member of the community, Chris currently serves on the Board of Trustees for St. Joseph’s College.

Chris resides in Morristown, New Jersey and has two beautiful daughters, eight year old Marley and five year old Anabel.
